convenient location, GOOD breakfast
convenient shuttle breakfast options smoked salmon
The location was convenient. I used a morning shuttle to the airport. It was very convinient. The breakfast had good options. IT included smoked salmon and several milk types. Lots of greens were available.
the receptionist seemed rude on occasion, and didn't wear a name badge. The room showed slight wear, with some bathroom fixtures appearing a little old.

staff handled requests quickly. The housekeeping team kept everything neat. A team member assisted me with luggage upon arrival. I found the team friendly AND professional throughout my stay.

the room included an iron and ironing board. There was a coffee machine with two capsules. I had six tea bags. The room featured both a bathtub and a shower for different preferences.

a shuttle runs to the airport. The hotel is located near the metro red line. There IS a rooftop pool. Another swimming pool exists offering guests multiple options.

breakfast had a variety of well prepared meals. Many fruits were available including apples and bananas. The selection also included grapefruit and watermelon. I saw a fresh fruit salad.

Acceptable Stay but Some Issues Existed
faulty shower design missing hairdryer
The staff were helpful and nice.
The shower design is flawed. It is impossible to stand in the bathtub and shower since the hose is too short, and the drain in the so-called shower corner is substandard. The water risks running out into the room. There was no hairdryer. I had to ask for it.

helpful staff great location numerous options
The staff helped me organize things and shift luggage. The hotel location is close to the airport and ideal for an early flight. Breakfast had many options.

airport proximity convenient shuttle slow service dusty smell
the room was a beautiful king room. the hotel is very close to the airport and burj khalifa. the shuttle runs in the morning to the airport, it was really convenient!
the customer service was super slow. it was not possible to make online check-in, so we spent around 45 mins! the room felt a bit old, also it had quite a dusty smell maybe it was due to air conditioning.

The location is near the airport. This detail is convenient. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. The hotel maintains super clean conditions. This makes it an admirable stay.
